“Rashomon”, meaning “dispute” in Japanese, is also the title of a famous film that examines the nature of truth which is also referenced in this track. Chaz Cardigan explores those same ideas in his newest song of the same name. Set to bouncy guitars and the captivating lyrics, the listener is taken through what Chaz Cardigan sees as truth and to whom we owe the truth, especially when they haven’t given the truth to us.
