Chaz Cardigan goes in a different direction with the follow up to 'Rashomon'. Where his last song was upbeat and captious, 'It's Gonna Be Great (Hallelujah)' is much more self-reflective and cautious. Driven by an acoustic guitar, Chaz sings about the pains of growing up, capitalized by the line "if this doesn't kill me, it's gonna be great". The song is about taking risks with your life in the hopes that everything will work out for the best but never really being sure. Chaz Cardigan continues to showcase his songwriting expertise in this upcoming track.
